Burn fat to show off a more toned body without losing alot of weight. I gained weight because i didnt liked how I looked when I was really thin. Then I got a little chubby, then when I tried burning fat I made a low cal diet and lost weight. Now i'm at the weight I want again, How do I burn fat from stomach and have tight without losing too much weight?
I heard first when you start the losing weight (diet and excercise) you first lose 8-10 pounds of water and after that you lose about 2-3 pounds a week on average. What is the process how long do you have to wait for the first 8-10 pounds of water weight? Why also after working out several months after you lost some weight nothing happens. I heard it's called a "platue" and you have to find some way to shock your body so you can continue to lose weight. So if anyone knows please help and let me know and can you please be detailed about it? Provide me about how many months for the first sign of weight loss and so on. Thanks much!!
I've been working out and I've lost 6 lbs, and I notice a significant weight loss and saw some loss of inches in my waist; and I was going to go to a spa and I wanted to get a "European Body Wrap", and they have said that the body wrap doesn't make you lose weight, it just gets rid of inches. So what is the difference? I thought by losing weight you also lost inches, I didn't think they were two different things.
I'm overweight and losing weight. I'm not doing it on purpose. Actually I'm trying to eat more every day, but I keep losing a quarter pound a day. I'm not vomiting at all. I did check with a doctor and also went for a second opinion. Everything is fine since I'm a super healthy eater. They assume the weight loss is from all the sleep that I have been doing.
